We keep microgreens growing under LED lights in a vertical farm, located behind the counter, until you're ready to eat. H2O provides a transparent farm-to-table experience, and brings nutrition and flavor to the forefront of sustainable, healthy and modern fast casual dining. Having completed a highly successful pop-up run at the North 3rd Street Market, Harvest2Order is looking forward to expanding to a permanent location to serve delicious, healthy, harvested to order microgreens to even more dedicated customers.
